Vinta Realty Ltd., the young and vibrant real estate arm of Bharti Realty Limited, a leading business group has been awarded the rights by DIAL (Delhi International Airport Limited) to develop close to 100 acres of land in Aerocity. DIAL, majority-owned by GMR group, operates the Indira Gandhi International Airport in the national capital. This development will add tremendous value to the existing Delhi Airport ecosystem.

This district will be developed in various phases. During Phase 1, Bharti through its subsidiary - Vinta Realty Limited will undertake to design, develop, finance, construct, operate, manage and maintain a large commercial development project.
